Custom-Made Products: Products that are manufactured to your specific measurements (Custom Blinds/Shutters) cannot be returned or refunded for “change of mind” or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or installation. We will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, before the production/cutting process begins.
Color Variance: Please note that natural wood products may have slight variations in grain and color. This is a characteristic of the material and is not considered a defect.
3. Shipping & Installation Policy
